Orders are packed and processed Monday thru Friday 10AM-5PM EST.
Orders are shipped in the order in which they are received.
An email with tracking information is automatically sent to your address on file when an order is processed for shipment. If you do not see this email, check your Junk/Spam folders.
Please note that I am not responsible for items damaged in transit. However if your order looks like it was damaged in transit let me know, and I can try to replace accordingly when able.
